I’m John Stapleton, broker and owner of Focus Realty. For 33 years I’ve helped families buy and sell homes the same way: I tell you the truth, back every listing with great, honest photography, and look out for your money like it’s mine.
Almost everyone I work with was sent to me by someone they trust — a coworker, a neighbor, a friend who bought their first house with me years ago and called me again for their third. The few who didn’t come by referral already knew me personally. That’s the whole business, and I like it that way. My real advertising isn’t an ad or a sign; it’s my name saved in my clients’ phones, ready for the next call.
I started Focus Realty so I could do this work my own way. I keep set phone hours so I have time for my family. I’ve watched a lot of clients grow from first apartments to forever homes.
